SHIPPING & RETURNS

We will gladly accept return and exchange purchases from essereessentials.com in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags attached and re-packaged back into the gratis laundry bag the item was packaged in. Items MUST NOT be returned if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains and/or perfume scents. Please note that socks and hats are final sale. 

You have 14 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange on the product.

Customers are responsible for arranging return/exchange shipments as well as the cost of the return postage label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 1-5 business days for returns to be processed. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned at your expense. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. Returns & exchanges can only be made once per transaction.

Essere Essentials reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy.
